Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope that your Christmas has been as peaceful and meaningful as ours. I was especially blessed this year to have been given gift certificates to use for Kiva, an amazing website that allows you to give a microloan to an entrepeneur. (And then when the loan is repaid, you can withdraw your money or reinvest in another project. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving!)

We had a lovely balance of time with extended family and time with just our family, and we're off to my mom's place this week to visit and meet new baby Seth.


Isn't he amazing? I think he has such a unique face! Amy and Seth are both doing well, although she is feeling pretty tired... I hear that happens after you've given birth and have a newborn infant to care for and feed every few hours at all hours of the day and night. (^_^)
