Yep... the pictures com from flickr, and the mosaic maker is at bighugelabs. Let me know if you make one!

bighugelabs is a site that uses the pictures from flickr or your own pictures to make all sorts of different things, so here's what you do...
1) go to http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/mosaic.php
2) adjust the rows and columns to make the mosaic the size you'd like
3) in another tab, open http://flickr.com/
4) type in your search word and click on the picture you like
5) then copy the url from your picture page to the appropriate space back on bighugelabs
