Oh Maren, I love strawberry picking! I used to go with my nanny all the time when I was little. We would pick berries in Cape Breton (and sometimes I ate one or two as I was picking!) and then make strawberry jam too. One of the things I remember my nanny doing with the strawberries is putting a bit of sugar on them so that all the juices would come out. Do you eat them like that too?
