I'm not a lurker - I'm in Mandi's boat. I spent an hour scrolling through your previous posts, and just couldn't decide. The "bucket on the head" was certainly the winner in the "Why my son won't speak to me when he's 16" category!! I also LOVE the conversations between Malcolm and Maren: Feb.24 & May 11. I also enjoy Maren's theology: March 30th, Malcolm's odd requests: June 7, and the artwork and descriptions from both.
As you can see, I'm useless at deciding or making categories, so it's going to take me the rest of the weekend to sort this out!!

The "Fluffy" Apple Pancakes
Not so much on the fluffy side. I don't know what we did wrong or what you did different than I did however I tried making these one morning for Mr. Lawson who was very excited and was completely let down. So we dumped the dough into muffin tins and fed them to the kids at the Pool on Thursday night :) Actually Mandi did it was her turn for snack night that week.
