
Put about 4 cups of watermelon in the blender and blend for a few seconds to make some room. Then fill the blender up with ice cubes (about two trays) and set the blender to "ice crush." We loved it just like that, but I've seen variations that involved using lemonade or lime juice with a touch of sugar.

Apparently watermelon carving is all the rage on cruise ships and at resorts. Never would have guessed! I found watermelon flowers, but they just couldn't compare with the watermelon Viking and his cute little banana horns!
