My kids can say yes, yak, yo-yo, yummy, and other such words with no trouble, but continue to say lellow rather than yellow. So I've been emphasizing the beginning "y" sound lately. This morning Malcolm made this observation:"My medicine is yeeee-lellow and Maren's medicine is yeeee-pink."

I loved seeing this picture of you, Maren & Malcolm! I miss you soooooo much. I think Maren looks very, very Melanie-like in this picture. Then, I noticed that Malcolm's hair is doing what Grampie's does when he wakes up:it is lying backwards!As soon as Grampie washes & brushes it, it lies frontwards! Funny!
