Oh, this boy. He's silly and oozing mischief, stubborn and melodramatic. Calm and unruffled in the midst of his sister's tempests, then throws a few tantrums of his own about the most baffling things, just to keep us on our toes. Rough and rowdy, cuddly and mellow. Something about this snapshot captures it all, somehow.

Thanks! We were at Great Grammie Mealey's this weekend (94th birhday!) and Mitch caught this one when it was his turn with the camera. I ♥ it.
This shot could easily make the cover of "Parent's" magazine: cool, casual, with just a hint of (foreshadowing) teen-aged attitude. And so cute!
I think the foreshadowed teen-aged attitude can only be helped by the hat, eh?
