Ahhhh... That's Refreshment!

Mmmmm... 'tis the season for lovely cold summertime drinks! We've been drinking an awful lot of homemade iced tea around here for the past few weeks. The basic idea:

Boil about one cup of water, then remove from heat and throw in two or three herbal tea bags of your choosing. (Favourites around here include Ginger Peach, Wildberry, Blueberry, Raspberry Green Tea, Lemon Ginger, and Pomegranate Green Tea.)

Let steep for 5 or 10 minutes, then add about three cups of cold water.

Sweeten to your taste... I use a pinch or two of stevia extract.

Serve over ice with a few lemon wedges to make it pretty!

(Makes 1 litre)
