It's official -- Kyle MacDonald has traded one red paperclip for a house!He started out July 12, 2005 with one red paperclip and traded up to a fish pen, which he traded for a handmade ceramic doorknob, and so on and so forth. The final trades involved an afternoon with Alice Cooper, a KISS snowglobe, a speaking role in a movie, and finally, a two-storey house in Kipling, Saskatchewan. Now that's thinking outside the box... in fact, I think that might be thinking outside the box factory.
Hmmm... I wonder what I could trade for a house? A stapler... some earrings... a copy of the script from a play I did in high school....
