Hooray for Gipsy Kings! This CD has been AWOL for at least six months... I suspect a certain husband may have been involved in the suspicious disappearance. (Gipsy Kings are not his favourite band. Although I think he would rank them above Seals & Croft.)The disc has been rediscovered in the nick of time -- Bamboleo and Djobi Djoba are just the musical motivation I need to clean like a hurricane today. ¡Vamos!

Hooray! There's nothing quite like a productive spring cleanin' with good tunes to accompany you.
My cleaning is always a weird deviation of productive. Yesterday I intended to attack the kitchen and living room in a flurry of cleaning that would leave it presentable from top to bottom. But I got sidetracked by the kitchen windows, which meant a good two hours of removing four 3x3 sheets of glass and scrubbing them down. Then trying to figure out how to rinse the giant sheets of glass without replicating the Flood.
I didn't quite get everything else done that I'd planned, but boy, are those windows clean!
I know what you mean. Yesterday I tackled my cupboards, planning to throw away stuff I haven't used in 6+ months...ended up spending an hour making little satches out of lavendar tea I wasn't going to drink.
