La Petite Cuisiniere Strikes Again

Maren would like to share her newest culinary creation with you:

Cheese Cucumber Bread Chickpea Yogurt

First put one cup of plain yogurt in the bottom of a big bowl. Break some cheese into little pieces, then put it in the yogurt. Then put it in some chickpeas, then little pieces of cucumber, and put little pieces of bread in at the very last. Stir it all up. That's it!

How did it taste? I think it would be nice as a topping for toast or pita bread. Mmmmm.

Yes, I too am curious, Maren please let me know how it was. It sounds like you are doing alot of cooking and creating lately. Maybe next time I come to visit you can make something for me, that would be fun.

Perhaps Dave's rendition would be served best with vanilla pudding instead of yogurt...
